About Shannon Gibson MPAS, PA-C

I was born in San Antonio, Texas to a military family. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. I received my Master of Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas in December of 2014. I am certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. I currently have two years’ experience in family medicine and two year of experience in pediatrics. I have always had a passion for working with children and value my relationships with each of my patents and their families. I believe patient/parent education is a key factor in keeping your little ones healthy and understand the importance in keeping parents up to date and informed on their Childs health. When I am not at work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, testing new recipes on Pinterest, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and having the opportunity to be a part of your Childs healthcare team.
