I am disappointed in this office. Debra, the office manager is very unprofessional, gave information that was incorrect and is very condescending/manipulative. I brought my child to be seen and gave doctor Miranda 1 page that needed her signature under a section specifying that my child is healthy to attend daycare. Debra came into the room and stated the other provider saw my child so she needed to sign the form which would take 7-14 business days for the form to be signed and if only a signature was needed it would be at no cost, before I left I specifically told Debra I did not need the $10 shot record since I already had one that is valid she nodded her head and I left. Upon picking up this form $35 was charged.
Debra argued with me, raising her voice and insisting the form needed extra paper work of $25 and the shot record was attached already and $10 needed to be charged to total the $35
At no point did they tell me this charge was needed and since the forms were already picked up services were rendered.
I asked to speak to the doctor regarding this matter and she said I needed to make an appointment I asked for this appointment and she stated “we don’t see adults here, sorry”
Very unprofessional, manipulative and disrespectful. This place charges for anything and shows no grace to their families and is money driven. The lack of professionalism is astounding and if you lack general knowledge of understanding verbiage on paperwork they will take complete advantage of you.
